During our time together, you will thoroughly explore four of the archetypes, as defined by Jung, to understand and experience how they might show up in you. You will also have an opportunity to be supported with a piece of personal work, should you wish to do so, utilizing the myriad of Shadow Work technologies/methodology/tools.
