CONSULTATIONS

The Ayurvedic practitioner considers the patient’s constitution as unique to the individual. Assessment is done via pulse reading. Diet and lifestyle, herbs, treatments, cleansing and home remedies are all tailored to your unique needs.

THERAPIES

A range of Ayurvedic treatments are available for your well-being - Ahyanga - warm oil massage, Marma - energising massage, Shirodhara - warm oil on third eye, Basti - using herb infused medicinal oils and Vishesh - deep tissue massage.

SHADOW WORK COACH AND GROUP FACILITATOR

My journey towards becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner began during a Yoga training in Rishikesh, India in 1998. I graduated from Middlesex with a BSc. Complementary Health, Ayurveda in 2006. I undertook clinical internships in both India and Sri Lanka. I then spent 6 months in India again immediately after graduation, working with Ayurvedic Doctors in Mysore and Lucknow. After several years of clinical practice I trained in Shadow Work as a set of tools to support the mental and emotional aspects of an Ayurvedic program. I certified as a coach in 2014 and Group facilitator in 2018. I continue to work with clients and groups in Brighton and London.
