Shadow Work Coach & Group Facilitator

A Band of Brothers Certified Co-Leader

My journey toward becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner began during a Yoga training in Rishikesh, India in 1998. The medicine kept on finding me until, in 2001, I discovered a course in Ayurvedic medicine based in London. I graduated from Middlesex with a BSc. Complementary Health, Ayurveda in 2006. During my studies, I undertook clinical internships in both India and Sri Lanka.

After several years of clinical practice, our community of practitioners in Brighton noticed a recurring pattern in patients of previously healed illnesses returning. Exploring this led many of us to dive into Shadow Work as a set of tools to support the mental and emotional aspects of an Ayurvedic program. I was certified as a coach in 2014 and Group facilitator in 2018.

Men’s work has been a constant theme for the last decade beginning with MKP and then growing into certified leadership within a Band of Brothers. I mentor in the local community and co-lead on national Rites of Passage trainings within this vibrant post-conventional charity.

My deeper journey inwards is supported by VQ under expert guidance and ongoing medicine walks. And of course daily practice with breath, mantra, yoga and meditation.
